Monique joined the team in 2017 and brings with her several years of experience in the real estate field, event planning and supporting a wide range of executives and teams. However, if you ask Kim, she is her right-hand woman and most valuable asset who routinely make the impossible possible! Monique’s favorite part of her job is event planning and seeing all of our clients and friends have a great time!
When Monique isn’t working, she can be found five days a week in the gym lifting weights, taking Zumba and Cardio Hip Hop classes. She is a die-hard 49’ers and Warriors fan and is also a proud mom!
Courtney joined the team in 2016 and brings with her several years of experience in project management, online and print media, social media and traditional marketing methods. She is responsible for promoting our team brand and developing marketing strategies for our clients.
When Courtney isn’t working, she enjoys chasing around her very energetic toddler, Addison and spending time with her husband, Adam and their two dogs. Courtney is an avid OrangeTheory Fitness junkie, Netflix binger, lover of good wine and food, ultra-organizer and enjoys hiking and being outside.
Joe has been in the real estate business since 2004. He started Serulian Virtual Services in 2009 as he moved to Kansas to create a better life for his family. Knowing that the Real Estate offices were mostly all transitioning over to paperless transaction systems and electronic signatures, he saw a rising opportunity for a Virtual Coordination Service.
With great diligence he worked building his client base 100% by referral only. Joe being very detailed oriented, organized, personable and highly knowledgeable in this industry has allowed him to close more than 2,500 deals since 2009.
