The Kim Richman Team is a dedicated team of professionals with more than 30 years of combined experience ready to help you with any of your real estate needs! Our team specializes in Silicon Valley home buying and selling and will work with you to develop a customized plan and approach for your specific real estate needs. We effectively manage the purchase and sale of real estate, residential homes, townhomes, condos, new construction and land, based on our client’s needs.
Sara is a licensed realtor and joined the Kim Richman Team as Director of Operations in 2020. Sara comes from a background of business consulting and project management and brings that practice and discipline to the back office of the Kim Richman Team. Sara leads the Marketing, Finance, and Client Appreciation functions. Sara assists our clients with finding their dream homes and provides the support and analysis required for a transaction to run smoothly.
Sara has lived in Los Gatos since 2008. She is married with two sons. In her spare time, she loves to do yoga and walk with her energetic border collie.

Chad is the Listings Manager for the Kim Richman Team and you’ll find him in the field ensuring our clients’ properties are well looked after. Chad oversees the process of getting our client’s homes ready to sell by coordinating contractors, inspections, and just about any unexpected situation that arises. Chad ensures that any home that comes under the care of the Kim Richman Team will show beautifully and sell for top dollar.
Chad grew up in Los Gatos and currently lives in Willow Glen.
