Kim and her team managed the sale of our home of thirty years. Their skill and professionalism were instrumental in getting us well above asking. They managed a full main ensuite and walk-in closet renovation, painting inside and out, exterior landscaping, and the staging presented a unified vision that showed our home at its best. The timeline was very tight and efficiently managed. They took care of all the issues with the inspections and managed the whole process.
