To start with, Kim is not only one of the best real estate agent we have worked with, but one of the best professionals we have worked with! She is the only person you want representing you in buying a home.

She has extensive knowledge of the area, knowing how long properties would be on the market, if they were overpriced or underpriced to cause a bidding war, and can quickly read up on a property to detect if something is wrong with the property. She worked with us on our list of requirements and nice to haves for the home we wanted, and adjusted as we saw each house and gave feedback. She knows what neighborhoods have issues that a normal buyer wouldn't know about, such as noisy apartments or horrible cross traffic. During walkthroughs she could identify issues with the home, was thorough in checking every part of the property, and for us found an issue the seller corrected that most would have missed.

Her professional network extends to all aspects of home buying! As an example, she had multiple bank recommendations that allowed us to procure a competitive rate. She worked with the bank agent to build confidence with the seller that we were going to be able to pull off the home purchase. It seemed like she knew just about everyone, on every subject.

She is responsive at all times, with phone, text, and email contact as we looked at and bid on homes. And in the crazy market we bought in, this responsiveness was the difference between making it, and missing it, and she was on top of it time after time. Kim is an amazing negotiator, she can read people well, has an established reputation, and knew every seller agent we interacted with.
